Usually when I see ignorance like this, I usually let it go because I don't want to feed into the bull. But this is just ridiculous! I know that since a half black man is getting so far in this election that the racist folks are showing their ass for who they really are. But this is just going too far! I am not about to let this flat out disrespect go, and yall shouldn't neither! Stand up for something people, or fall for anything! How long are we going to let this mess roll off our shoulders? We need to let them know that we are not just going to let them walk all over us. Get your ass up and be heard!

Dear Friends, I have been watching the sad news of the cyclone devastation in Burma over the past few days and am appalled at the Burmese government's actions of greatly restricting international aid from coming in and helping the millions of people affected. The United Nations Security Council can do something to force the Burmese military regime to accept international aid and this resolution needs to go through as soon as possible so that aid can start getting in. The money is pledged, people and supplies are waiting to go into the disaster areas, but the military regime is holding it up. I sent an email to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon today urging him to make sure that this measure goes through - you can easily send an email as well. Please help! These are our brothers and sisters. We can't sit and let this tragedy pass!

Do you ever take the time to appreciate your surroundings? Yea I know that sometimes it it is hard to do that when life is so hectic and busy. But if you really took the time to appreciate the littlest things around you and the beauty that it brings, you could bring forth a new appreciation for the little things that god blesses us with everyday! In this life you are pretty privileged if you have a bed to sleep in, or shoes on your feet. But we get so caught up in lifes challenges that we never take in none of those simple gifts. Life gets pretty hard for me at times, but when I think of all the people in the world that have it 10 times harder than me, it's kinda silly for me to get caught up in the things I don't have instead of the things I do have. Living in the projects get pretty hard at times, and it's hard to look beyond the rough spaces. But when I stopped and looked, I found so much beauty in my neighborhood. Sometimes I sit on my back porch in the early mornings, and look at the sky. Around six in the morning the sky is this orange, pink, and purple color. Looking at it warms my soul and I feel so at peace. I have a lot of trees in my backyard, so I love watching the colors change through seasons. I know this might sound alittle poetic to some, but whats wrong with appreciating what you have! I think most of us are not happy with where we are, but we will get there. Life biggest treasures come from the littlest things. The next time you walk outside your house breath in the sun's glow. Take a moment to just breath. Weather it's looking at the sky, or walking down the street. Just take in your small blessing and be thankful~God bless

Come on now, this is not even a challenge! I love my girl Keyshia Cole, but Fantasia beats her hands down! I make the stank face every time Fantasia sings. The girl's voice is a blessing yall! She kills it every time. Keyshia needed to just pack up and go home when she was singing that National anthem! Child Please!

Damn sistas, why do we keep doing this to ourselves? This was kinda painful for me to watch because It is just so degrading and stupid. I hate to see our sistas harming each other. This was not worth $500, or any amount of cash at all! People would do anything for the mighty dollar! What pains me was all the men in the room cheering! But I am not going to lie, that girl in the white shirt was killing her! Do yall think it was worth the money? I know that other girl feels stupid! She left with nothing and a busted lip~Dummy!
